1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and phtaya8 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the phtaya8 website, mobile platform, games, and all related services offered at phtaya8.net.

By completing the registration process, accessing the game lobby, making a deposit, or placing any bet on phtaya8, you represent that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them. Your continued use of the platform following any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to phtaya8 is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations, the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gambling is 21 years. This requirement is non-negotiable and strictly enforced.
• You must be physically located in the Republic of the Philippines at the time of accessing and using the platform, unless otherwise permitted under applicable law.

• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

phtaya8 reserves the right to request government-issued identification documents at any time to verify player age and identity. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the stipulated timeframe will result in account suspension until compliance is achieved.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered account on phtaya8. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering a phtaya8 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number.
• Promptly update your account information if any of the details you provided change after registration.
• Keep your login credentials — including your username, password, and OTP codes — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not you personally authorized such activity.
• Notify phtaya8 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

phtaya8 reserves the right to verify player identity before processing any withdrawal. Know Your Customer (KYC) verification may require submission of a valid government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys, passport, driver's license, UMID), a selfie with ID, and proof of payment method ownership. These requirements are mandated under PAGCOR's anti-money laundering (AML) guidelines.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on phtaya8 are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phtaya8 does not process transactions in foreign currencies. The platform accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following locally supported payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank.

Deposits: Deposit transactions are processed in real time for GCash and PayMaya. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are subject to standard inter-bank processing times, typically within one (1) banking day. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction and may vary by payment method.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by phtaya8's finance team. Same-day processing applies to verified accounts submitting requests before the daily cut-off time. Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the originating deposit, in compliance with anti-money laundering policies. phtaya8 does not send funds to third-party accounts or alternative payment methods not previously verified on the account.

• Players must complete KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed pending additional verification at phtaya8's discretion.
• phtaya8 does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• Funds deposited must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal of the deposit principal is permitted, to comply with AML regulations.
• phtaya8 reserves the right to reverse or void any transaction suspected of being connected to fraudulent or criminal activity.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

phtaya8 offers various promotional incentives to registered players, including but not limited to: welcome match bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to Philippine holidays and sporting events such as the PBA Finals. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the promotion and the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

General bonus conditions applicable across all phtaya8 promotions:

1. Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
2. Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must meet the specified wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
3. Wagering requirements — also referred to as "playthrough requirements" or "rollover requirements" — specify how many times the bonus amount (or deposit plus bonus amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. The applicable multiplier is stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms.
4. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Live dealer games, sports bets, and table games may contribute at a reduced rate compared to slots. Contribution rates for each game category are published in the promotion details.
5. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds will be forfeited if the wagering requirement is not met within the bonus validity period.
6. phtaya8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honoring bonus balances already credited to player accounts.
7. Abuse of bonus offers — including, without limitation, low-risk betting strategies intended to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk exposure — may result in cancellation of the bonus and associated winnings.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

phtaya8 offers games provided by licensed third-party suppliers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, and Hacksaw Gaming. Each game operates according to its own published rules and return-to-player (RTP) rates. Players are advised to review individual game rules before placing real-money wagers.

All games available on phtaya8 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited by recognized third-party testing agencies. Live dealer games are streamed in real time from certified studios and physical venue broadcasts (in the case of sabong). 7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phtaya8 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and referral to PAGCOR and/or law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or using an account if you are under 21 years of age, or providing false information about your age or identity.
• Opening or operating more than one account on phtaya8, or assisting others in doing so.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to access or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting any software bug, technical error, or system vulnerability for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, dealers, or platform staff to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or other method to disguise your true geographic location for the purpose of circumventing access restrictions.
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or otherwise dispute a deposit transaction with your bank or payment provider without first raising the matter with phtaya8 support.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phtaya8 staff, live dealers, or other players through any communication channel.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

phtaya8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Suspected or confirmed breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to pass KYC identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion under the phtaya8 Responsible Gaming program.
• Receipt of a regulatory directive from PAGCOR or any competent Philippine authority.

Upon voluntary account closure: players may request closure at any time by contacting phtaya8 support at [email protected]. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within the standard processing period.

Upon involuntary closure for cause: phtaya8 reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation. If the investigation determines that the account was used in breach of these Terms, all associated balances and winnings may be forfeited in full.

9 Responsible Gaming

phtaya8 is committed to maintaining a safe and responsible gaming environment in accordance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework. We believe that gambling should always remain a form of entertainment — never a financial strategy or a means of resolving personal or financial difficulties.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the phtaya8 platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, game software interfaces, promotional materials, and the phtaya8 brand name — is the exclusive property of phtaya8 or its licensed game suppliers and is protected under applicable Philippine intellectual property laws and international copyright conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phtaya8 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You are strictly prohibited from:

11 Limitation of Liability

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to access the phtaya8 platform.
• Interruptions to service caused by technical failures, maintenance windows, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, or telecommunications outages.
• The accuracy, reliability, or completeness of third-party game software or content made available through the platform.
• Any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

phtaya8's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The phtaya8 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted access, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors or security vulnerabilities.

12 Privacy & Data

phtaya8 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and its implementing rules and regulations. The collection of your personal information — including identity documents, financial data, and transaction history — is required for account operation, KYC compliance, and PAGCOR regulatory reporting obligations.

Your personal data is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with PAGCOR and other competent Philippine regulatory authorities where required by law, and with our licensed game providers to the extent necessary for game operation and fraud prevention.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players are encouraged to first attempt resolution through phtaya8's customer support and internal dispute resolution process before initiating formal legal proceedings.

In matters involving regulatory compliance, licensing, or player protection, PAGCOR retains supervisory jurisdiction and players may escalate unresolved complaints to PAGCOR through the channels published on PAGCOR's official website.

14 Amendments

phtaya8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments may be made to reflect changes in Philippine law or PAGCOR regulations, updates to platform features or payment methods, clarifications to existing policies, or changes to business operations.

Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, and a prominent notice will be displayed on the phtaya8 platform for a period of not less than seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, where operationally practicable.

Your continued use of the phtaya8 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance.
